The Final Report of International Consultation On an Environmental Education Project on the Baltic Sea, April 6, 1989, Helsinki, Finland

The document contains a detailed report of the International Consultation on an Environmental Education Project on the Baltic Sea organized by Finish national Commission for UNESCO.

It was attended by 17 representatives of National Commissions for UNESCO coming from all Baltic Sea Countries. The Baltic countries are Denmark, the Federal Republic of Germany, the German Democratic Republic, Finland, Poland, Sweden and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Norway took part as an observer. From Finland there were also five experts. Ms Elisabeth Khawajkie took part in the consultation as the representive of UNESCO's Director-General. Mar Fleming Often represented the Helsinki Commission.
